There are several coats of a heavy duty epoxy resin coating over the outside, surface protecting the collage of Oriental rice papers and fragments of printmaking and acylic iridescent painting.  There is also one actual aspen leaf collaged into the surface. Some of the original metal raku ceramic glaze finish is still visible in certain areas.  It is signed by both artists on the bottom of vessel.
