The famous Thunderbird boat, Lake Tahoe

Peter Spain is a local photographer from Tahoe Vista who specializes in landscape, wedding and portrait photography. Spain moved up to the Sierra from the San Francisco Bay area in 1996 after graduating from San Francisco State with a double major in Fine Arts and Broadcast Communication, and has been working full time as a photographer ever since. His photography has a direct influence from his candid personality and love for travel and sports, with
photographs appearing in many regional and national magazines, editorials and covers.
