Why I am selling the business: In order to fulfill my dream of being a full-time artist, I now wish to find a new owner and manger of Vista Gallery & Framing. I am eager to devote all of my energy toward my artwork and writing.  As one of the artists represented at Vista Gallery, I have a large established following in the area through Vista Gallery. As a full-time artist I hope to continue my representation at Vista Gallery, creating a mutual benefit for all involved. I want to follow through on marketing my own artwork through nice galleries in strategic markets throughout the United States. I am excited to create a win-win situation for the right person(s).

You can have a good supportive team behind you.  This is a special opportunity for a friendly and helpful person to assume business.  I started this business in August of 1992 with creative and innovative business methods that have grown and that spirit continues today.

In April of 2008, the business evolved by expanding the gallery display space, providing better art storage and downsizing the picture framing space. The custom picture framing is now done by a very professional shop in Sacramento that picks up and delivers every couple of weeks or sooner, depending on needs. They do a great job and we are still in control of every aspect of the design and protection of the art or keep sakes by the methods and materials used.  It is like having really great employees but they don’t need insurance, supplies, our space or equipment to work with. This expansion allows for possibilities for art and framing sales. Quick and simple fitting and glass replacement is still available for framing customers.

Owner will train.  I have developed helpful sales processes and look forward to sharing my experiencing in frame design and methods. Designing framing properly is the key to profitability and nurturing more and better business. 

I have been primarily the single manager and worker; just think what a couple or more people could do.
