Lake Tahoe Area Maps

Vista Gallery currently carries two Lake Tahoe Area Maps: a Satellite Map and a limited edition reproduction of an 1876 map. We also have a unique Yosemite Valley Map.

Lake Tahoe Satellite Map, $25.00

This map, enhanced with digital sonar scanning, reveals the actual landscape under the lake water. The roads have also been enhanced for better readability and locations are labeled, along with the Tahoe Rim Trail. At the bottom of the map is a side elevation of the Tahoe Basin and surrounding mountains. This map is 35″ x 22.5″.

1876 Lake Tahoe Map, $50.00

This is a limited edition reproduction of a rendering of the Lake Tahoe Region with delicate detailed line work. The old vintage map image is from the expeditions of 1876 and 1877, under the command of Lieutenant George M.Wheeler, Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army. It includes Truckee, California, Virginia City, Reno and Carson City, Nevada. This edition was published in 1990 by the Historic California Collection, Lake Tahoe. This map is 32″ x 24″. Yosemite Map, $18.00

This beautiful Yosemite Valley map is a lithograph print and was created by Mona Fanjul-Schulte. It includes artwork of native wildlife and fish as well as interesting facts about this natural wonder. This map is 18″ x 24″
