Wolfgang “Wolf” Kohz, educated in Germany, established his photography business at Lake Tahoe in 1966, offering portraits as well as scenic and commercial work. He soon expanded into the publishing of full color post cards, catalogs, brochures and booklets. In 1970, he published his first scenic Lake Tahoe calendar, which is still published each year. He has accumulated several thousand images in his archives.

Two of Wolf’s panoramic views of Lake Tahoe are permanently displayed on Concourse B of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport as 10′ x 28′ giant murals. His photographs are also used to enhance office interior design.

Though Wolf Products, Inc. has been known for over 40 years for its fine commercial and retail products, Wolf’s greatest love is directed towards his well-known scenic views and new line of floral portraits.
